What is EVEVSPOWER?
EVEVSPOWER is the international brand of Yiwen Technology Co., Ltd., a Dongguan-based DC-DC converter manufacturer founded in 2015 with a 5000m² factory, ISO9001 and CE compliance, and 1000+ catalog models from 1W to 5000W.
Do you provide both OEM and ODM services?
Yes. ODM covers full design, R&D and production; OEM covers private-label manufacturing to your exact specification. We start with an NDA and specification sheet, then a development/tooling fee where applicable.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sample lead time is typically 5–10 working days. A small sample fee applies and is refundable against your first production order where agreed.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard catalog models have a low MOQ (typically 10–100 pieces depending on the series). Samples are available before ordering, and OEM/ODM projects have MOQs agreed per specification.
What are your lead times?
Standard stock items ship within 7–14 days; production orders typically 15–30 days after confirmation. Custom OEM/ODM timelines are quoted per project.
What payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard: 30% deposit with order and 70% before shipment. Other terms can be agreed for repeat and volume orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we export to 30+ countries by express, air or sea under EXW, FOB or CIF terms, with full customs documentation.
What warranty do your converters carry?
24 months from shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within rated specifications — repair, replacement or refund at our option.
What certifications do you hold?
We operate an ISO9001-certified quality system and our products are CE-compliant. Per-series compliance documentation is available on request.
