1. Who we are
This website and the EVEVSPOWER brand are operated by Yiwen Technology Co., Ltd. (EVEVSPOWER), a DC-DC power converter manufacturer founded in 2015, with its factory at 7F, Bldg 2, Hengyuanxing Manufacturing Park, Xiangshan Road, Jichiling Village, Dalingshan, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. 2. Information we collect
- Inquiry data — when you use our contact form, email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, and the content of your message (including product interests such as buck, boost, buck-boost, isolated DC-DC or AC-DC converters, and technical requirements such as input/output voltage, current and power).
- Order and account data — for B2B transactions: company registration details, billing and shipping addresses, order history and transaction records.
- Technical data — standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access) collected to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use your information
- To respond to product inquiries, provide quotations, samples and technical support;
- To process and fulfil orders, including production, quality control, logistics and customs documentation;
- To manage OEM/ODM projects and protect our mutual rights under agreements;
- To send product updates or marketing materials only where you have consented or where permitted by law (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: your consent (marketing, optional cookies); performance of a contract (quotes, orders, samples); legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries, improving products and services, security); and legal obligations (tax, customs and record-keeping).

We do not sell personal data. We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to serve you (normally up to 24 months after last contact) and order/transaction records for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax and customs law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encrypted connections and staff confidentiality — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our website and products are intended for business customers and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be communicated by email where we hold a valid business contact.
