Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of everspower.com and all quotations, orders, samples and contracts for products supplied by Yiwen Technology Co., Ltd. (EVEVSPOWER), a manufacturer of DC-DC power converters in Dongguan, China. By placing an inquiry or order, you accept these terms. Where a separate written contract or order confirmation exists, it prevails.
2. Our products
We design and manufacture non-isolated and isolated DC-DC converters and low-voltage AC-DC converters, covering 1W to 5000W and more than 1000 standard models, including buck, boost, buck-boost, isolated DC-DC, AC-DC converters and related housings and components. Product descriptions on this website are for general information; the binding specification for each order is the applicable datasheet, drawing or specification agreed in writing.
3. Quotes, pricing and payment
- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specifications, quantity and Incoterms indicated.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT, duties and customs fees unless agreed otherwise, and may be revised if specifications or quantities change.
- Payment terms are agreed per order; standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment (T/T), or other terms confirmed in writing. Goods are not released until payment is received in full.
4. Orders, samples and OEM/ODM
- An order is binding only after our written order confirmation.
- Samples may be provided against a sample fee, refundable against a first production order where agreed. Sample lead time is typically 5–10 working days.
- For OEM/ODM projects we may require an NDA, a specification sheet and a tooling or development fee. Customer-supplied designs, firmware and intellectual property remain the customer’s property; our existing technology, tooling and know-how remain ours.
- Minimum order quantities vary by series and are stated in the quotation.
5. Production and delivery
- Lead times are estimates: standard stock items typically 7–14 days, production orders typically 15–30 days after confirmation, unless agreed otherwise.
- Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the order (commonly EXW Dongguan, FOB Shenzhen, or CIF). Risk and title pass according to the agreed Incoterms.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure), and we will notify you of significant delays.
6. Inspection and acceptance
You must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us in writing within 7 days of any quantity discrepancy or visible damage. Failure to notify within this period is deemed acceptance, without affecting your rights under the warranty for latent defects.
7. Warranty
Our standard products carry a 24-month warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the rated specifications (including input/output voltage range, current, power and environmental conditions). The warranty covers repair, replacement or, at our option, a refund. It does not cover misuse, reverse engineering, unauthorised modification, damage from over-voltage, incorrect wiring, moisture ingress beyond rated protection, or normal wear. OEM/ODM products are warranted according to the terms of the project agreement.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on this website. No goods may be returned without an RMA number issued by us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, production downtime, or damage to downstream equipment, even if advised of the possibility. We provide no implied warranties beyond those stated in these terms; product fitness for a particular application must be verified by the buyer through datasheets, testing or our engineering consultation.
10. Intellectual property and confidentiality
All content on this website — text, images, datasheets, drawings and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to EVEVSPOWER / Yiwen Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Each party will keep confidential any non-public technical, commercial or personal information received from the other.
11. Compliance and export
You are responsible for compliance with the import regulations, standards and certifications applicable in your country, and for ensuring that goods are not re-exported to any sanctioned or restricted party or destination. Our products comply with our stated ISO9001 quality system and CE-related compliance as documented for the relevant series.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions, power failures, or disruptions of raw materials, transport or communications.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation; if not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
14. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
